Our closure will continue through May 15 in accordance with the modified Stay-at-Home Order. However, we are beginning to make plans for the possibility of opening soon. As we obtain clarity and guidance from State and local authorities we will develop plans accordingly and involve parents in the decision making process including; structure of classes, schedule, etc., perhaps via Zoom meetings and discussions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYu_bGbZiiQ&feature=youtu.be
During the closure we are taking advantage of the downtime and interior repairs have begun at the school to remedy the damage caused by water in the winter of 2019. The classrooms will be getting some new drywall, paint and flooring.
On another positive note, the school was approved yesterday for a SBA PPP loan. This loan will provide the necessary funding to place the employees back on payroll and hopefully help us get through this tough time.
I appreciate your patience and partnership as we continue to navigate unfamiliar territory and figure out a path forward.
Take care. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
