Hello Quemazon Montessori Families!
I hope this update finds everyone in good health a spirits. Staff has requested that I let all of the children know they are missed, and the teachers hope to see all of their little smiling faces soon!
I received word on Friday that we did not secure an SBA PPP loan in the first wave of funding. Apparently only one-third of business that applied were funded before the SBA ran out of funds. I am hoping that we will be funded in the next wave, provided that congress approves the additional funding and can overcome the current deadloock.
Staff is doing well, we keep in touch via text or email. Many of the staff members have been friends for years so they keep in touch and check-in on each other on a regular basis.
I will continue to keep families apprised of any newsworthy items as needed. Have a wonderful Spring ... we hope to see everyone soon.
